From the North: Traveling south on 35W take MN-280 south. From MN-280, t ake the exit toward Territorial Rd/University Avenue. Stay straight to go onto Eustis Street. Turn left onto University Avenue West then turn right onto Pelham Boulevard.

From the South: Traveling north on 35E take I-94 west. Follow I-94 west to MN-280 curve to the right. Take the exit toward University Avenue. Turn slight left onto Cromwell Avenue. Turn right onto Franklin Avenue then turn right onto Pelham Boulevard.

From the South: Traveling north on 35W take I-94 east. Follow I-94 east to MN-280 exit on the left. Take the exit toward University Avenue. Turn slight left onto Cromwell Avenue. Turn right onto Franklin Avenue then turn right onto Pelham Boulevard.

From the East: Traveling on I-94 west take the MN-280 exit toward University Avenue. Take the exit toward University Avenue. Turn slight left onto Cromwell Avenue. Turn right onto Franklin Avenue then turn right onto Pelham Boulevard.

From the West: Traveling on I-94 east. Take the MN-280 exit on the left. Take the exit toward University Avenue and turn a slight left onto Cromwell Avenue. Turn right onto Franklin Avenue then turn right onto Pelham Boulevard.

Directions:
From I-35W, take the West 98th Street exit, head east on West 98th Street to Garfield Avenue South, turn left/north onto Garfield Avenue South, turn right into Premier Bank parking lot. The Memorial Blood Centers donor parking spaces are those to your immediate right on the west side of the bank. The Blood Center entrance is on the north side of the building. The donor room is on the second floor of the Premier Bank building.

Take I-494 to Highway 55 west. Go west on Highway 55 to Fernbrook Lane north. Take Fernbrook Lane north to Harbor Lane. Turn left on Harbor Lane. The center is located in the Goldridge Properties Building, just west of Davanni's. The donor center is located on the northside of the building.

From the intersection of U.S. Highway 10 and Main Street, go west on Main Street to Northdale Boulevard, where you will take a left. After the turn, the Wells Fargo building should be directly on your right. Take a right into the parking lot. The donor center is in the Wells Fargo building, straight ahead on the first floor, to the right of the elevators.

From the South (Chaska/Shakopee):Traveling on I-494 west. Take the US-212/Flying Cloud Drive Exit North to Prairie Center Drive. Take a left on Prairie Center Drive. Take the first right turn, Crystal View Road (at the Car Wash), to Middleset Road. Turn left onto Middleset Road. The center is located in the Larait Office Building, north of Chevy’s and Burger King and south of Wal-Mart. Look for the flags and enter the parking lot!

From the East:Start out going west on MN-62 west. Keep left to take US-212 west. Take the exit toward US-212. Turn slight left onto Bryant Lake Drive. Turn left onto Valley View Road. Turn slight right onto Flying Cloud Drive/US-212 west. The center is located in the Lariat Office Building, north of Chevy’s and Burger King and south of Wal-Mart. Turn right onto Middleset Road (turn @ Mister Car Wash). Look for the flags and enter the parking lot!

From the West:Traveling on Hwy MN-5 east. Take the Prairie Center Drive exit. Turn right onto Prairie Center Drive. Turn left onto Commonwealth Drive. Turn right onto Middleset Road. The center is located in the Lariat Office Building, north of Chevy’s and Burger King and south of Wal-Mart. Look for the flags and enter the parking lot!

From the East (Cherry):Follow Hwy 37 to Hibbing. Turn Right on to Hwy 169. Turn Left on to 25th Street (this is at the 2nd set of stop lights). Fairview Plaza is located one block in, on the Left.
